Job Description
Summary:
Working within the corporate accounting team in Beijing, the role involves in the preparation and monitoring of regulatory, financial and managerial reporting.
Provide analyses to the business to ascertain compliance within underwriting limits.
Responsibilities:
l
Work as part of an 11-person team in their financial review and analyses.
l
Monitor and calculate transfer pricing.
l
Prepare and review of monthly financial, regulatory, tax and statistical reporting to the Chinese regulators under China GAAP.
l
Prepare and review quarterly management reporting under US GAAP.
l
Review and monitor daily net capital calculation to ensure compliance in regulatory requirements.
l
Liaise with external auditors during year-end audits and special audits.
l
Involve in wide range of projects and initiatives.
l
Participate in projects related to reporting enhancements and continuous automation of existing processes.
Skills/Experience:
l
CPA qualification preferred.
l
Very solid working experience in accounting field. Have experience in Big 4.
Oversea background is preferred.
l
Knowledge of US GAAP and China GAAP.
l
Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
l
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
l
Knowledge of People soft general ledger, RDW and HFM preferred but not required.
l
Highly computer literate (MS Excel, MS Word) and flexible with changing environment.
