ACCA付费问题（急！！！）

急着付费，但是从上周开始试到现在都不成功。我是招行的双币卡，当时注册的时候也是提供的这个卡号和相关信息，注册并没有问题啊。另外，我也开通了招行的一网通，并且把一网通的额度也设定在了缴费总额之上。

另外，发现一个很奇怪的问题，如果直接进入fees&payments里面缴纳年费和免考费，出现的是以下的界面：

Payments
Unfortunately we are currently unable to authorise your payment.

At this time please do NOT attempt to have your card authorised again.

Please try again later. We apologise for any inconvenience

但是如果是进入exam entry&results里面连本次考试费一并支付的话，出现的是这样的失败界面：

Authorisation Failed
We were unable to authorise your transaction (Order Number: 673120). Invalid Verified By Visa response. Order number 673120 Please confirm that the supplied credit card information is correct by pressing the button below to return to the previous page.


实在是很着急。打电话去上海代表处问也无果。打电话去招行客服问说后台查询无刷卡记录。难道真要去银行办汇票吗？
