1.在看书的时候,常常看到accounts are laid,这句话是什么意思?一直不太明白.
在书中有这样一句话:Auditors hold office until conclusions of next general meeting at which accounts are laid.
这里的hold office是什么意思?还有就是accounts are laid是什么意思?
2.在每章后都会有个exam question bank,但是不太明白,它给了张表,里面的number是指什么?下面常常会出现Q1,Q4之类

比方说在介绍resignation of auditors 时,列了resignation procedures,notice of resignation,statement of
circumstances,convening of general meeting,statement prior to general meeting and other rights of auditors.
这些是在介绍在resignation时注意点还是会涉及到的内容,还是说这些内容是必须涉及到的?
